Nelleluce AI — Studio

The call still gets
answered. Even when
nobody's free to.

We build Riley — an AI receptionist that picks up your calls, answers your email, and never lets an enquiry go quiet, so the business behind it doesn't have to choose between serving today's client and losing tomorrow's. Whoever used to be tied to the phone gets their day back.

No contracts to start. You hear it work before you decide anything.

The product

One receptionist, three places she's needed.

Riley isn't a chatbot bolted onto a website. She's wired into the actual channels a busy office misses things on — the phone, the inbox, and the notepad nobody has time to keep.

01 — Voice

Answers, doesn't just record

A real spoken conversation, not a menu of numbers to press. Takes the name, the reason, the urgency — and tells the caller honestly when she doesn't know something, rather than guessing.

02 — Email

Drafts, never sends blind

Reads the inbox, ignores the newsletters, and drafts a reply for a genuine enquiry — sat waiting for a human to read and send. Nothing goes out without someone's eyes on it first.

03 — The board

One list, not three inboxes

Every call and every email lands on the same shared log — who rang, what they needed, whether it's urgent. Nobody has to check four different places to know what happened while they were busy.

Not a recording

Type something. She'll actually answer.

This is the real thing, not a script — the same model behind every call Riley takes, just in writing. Ask her something a caller might.

Talking to the real Riley model — replies usually land in a second or two.
The build log

What actually happened, in order.

We don't publish case studies written after the fact. This is the real sequence — including the parts that didn't work the first time.

Finding

The obvious approach was too slow to talk to

Our own local model answered SMS fine but took 1.5–3.5 minutes to reply on a live call — dead air a caller would just hang up on. Rather than ship that, we moved voice specifically onto a faster hosted model and measured the real number before trusting it: 1.2s per turn.

Live test

First real call, genuinely handled end to end

A caller left a message, corrected her own name mid-sentence, and Riley recovered without missing a beat — logged, timestamped, no human touched it. Not a demo script; the actual first inbound call.

Fixed on air

She was talking over people. We heard it, and fixed it that evening

A real caller got cut off mid-thought. Traced it to how fast the system decided someone had finished speaking, tuned it, tested it again live twice more until the interruption was gone and the pause didn't feel like a hold queue.

Reliability

Moved off a laptop before anyone depended on it

A demo that only works while someone's machine is awake isn't a product. Riley now runs on always-on infrastructure with her own number and her own line, independent of whoever built her.

Beyond Riley

The rest of the studio.

Riley is what we lead with because it's proven. It isn't the only thing we do.

Prospect intelligence

We track new UK company formations in real time and score the ones most likely to need a given service soon — the same discipline that finds Riley her own future clients before anyone else has reached them.

A working site, from nothing

For businesses running on a phone number and a Google listing, we build the site that should already exist — fast, plain, and built to actually bring an enquiry in rather than just look presentable.

Automation that replaces a task, not a person

Booking confirmations, reminder chases, callback queues — the small repeated jobs that eat an afternoon. We wire those into what you already use rather than asking you to adopt something new.

Built in the open, one client at a time

Every engagement gets the same thing Riley got: a real build log, honest about what didn't work first try. We'd rather earn the next client than promise one.

Recommended

What we'd point any small business toward.

Not built for one trade — these are the tools we'd suggest to a clinic, a workshop, a salon, or an office, whatever Riley happens to be answering the phone for.
